I was going to put the ultra sound pics in, but they didn't scan very well. Plus unless you know what to look for I don't think you could see very much. The little guy was not cooperating very much. He was moving around a lot. Everything looks great, and we are very excited to have this new addition to our testosterone filled family (I'm the only female, even my pets are boys!.

More than just a dog!
While I'm on a roll with new posts. I thought I'd share some cute pictures of what dogs are good for in our house.
Dogs make good steps for little boys.
They also make a comfy seat.
If little boys make BIG messes,
Dogs make GREAT vacuums!

Easter
The Easter Bunny stopped by our house this year. Tyler must have been a good boy, although there were some days I would dispute that. Tyler was generous and shared some of his eggs with Hobbs. We had Easter dinner at my parents house, and apparently the Easter Bunny stopped there too. Tyler didn't get his nap because church is right in the middle of his nap time, so he did not want to pose for a picture in his Easter outfit. Here's a few picks of the day.

Easter Egg Hunt
On Saturday we went to our friends the Black's house for an Easter egg hunt. We had a lot of fun watching the kids searching for eggs. It was Tyler's first egg hunt, and he wasn't quite sure what to do at first but he caught on quick. After that he would find an egg, put it in his basket, then throw it out, and find it all over again. What fun! While we were there Tyler found Logan's cowboy hat and of course he had to wear it! Old habits die hard!

Trip to Phoenix
I know I'm really bad about keeping this blog updated. Nothing very exciting happened in February anyways, but in March we have done a lot. We went to Arizona and visited Brandon's parents. While we were there Erin, Mike (Brandon's sister and husband living in Tucson) and Chad (Brandon's brother) came to visit as well.
Of course before we left out of town Tyler decided to get a cold. Brandon and I ended up catching it as well. We didn't let that get us down though. While visiting we went to a Royal's spring training game (they played and beat the Diamondbacks), went to the park, and the zoo (or I guess it was a wildlife zoological park). Overall it was a great vacation and fun to see everybody. I only wish that Tyler had been in better spirits. He always seems to be sick and a little cranky when we visit the Hardy's.
On our way home Tyler started running a fever, and ended up getting a bad ear infection. On the plane his ear drum ruptured. Not to worry, he's doing fine and is now back to his happy self. I think we may be cursed when it come to traveling!
